Manage an independent caseload of New Jersey workers' compensation defense files Represent employers and insurance carriers during court hearings Conduct depositions and draft legal pleadings Develop and execute strategic plans to advance case outcomes Communicate effectively and professionally with clients Collaborate closely with a supportive legal team Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet all deadlines and court requirements Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of New Jersey workers' compensation defense experience Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating with a team Commitment to professionalism, deadlines, and ethical practice Interest in long-term career growth, leadership, and potential partnership Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications
Active license to practice law in New Jersey Admission to practice law in New York is a plus Skills
