2025 MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) – Full Time

Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (MBA LDP) This four-year program develops future finance leaders at Johnson & Johnson through rotational assignments, targeted training, and ongoing coaching. Rotations & Assignments Participants complete two rotations at the Finance Manager level across various business sectors, gaining experience in functional areas such as finance, accounting, and business operations. These rotations build foundational skills in finance, leadership, and business acumen, preparing participants for senior roles. Training & Professional Development The program offers: Targeted onboarding and business acumen training Networking opportunities with peers and senior leaders 40 hours of classroom and e-learning training in leadership and technical skills during the first year Ongoing training throughout the program Support to obtain CMA certification Coaching & Mentorship Participants receive regular coaching from supervisors, as well as mentorship from peers and leaders. Location Initial positions are in or near New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville, NJ, or Horsham, Spring House, West Chester, PA, with potential future rotations at other J&J sites. Compensation • Base salary: $130,000/year • Performance bonuses and incentives • Sign-on and early incentives • Benefits including health insurance, savings plans, pension, disability, and paid time off
