The community youll be caring for: AdventHealth Waterman - 1000 Waterman Way, Tavares, 32778 The role youll contribute: Ensures that the facility interior structure remains in presentable condition. Keep Supervisor informed of any issues that may affect the quality or efficiency of the department. Follows instructions and performs other related duties as may be assigned by Manager/Sup. and works with minimal supervision. Interacts with Manager/Sup. and co-workers to achieve operational goals; takes initiative to raise operational goals; shows initiative to raise operational safety issues to management to promote a good working environment. Follow office policies and procedures. Maintain acceptable level of attendance based on company attendance policy. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value youll bring to the team: Demonstrates all AdventHealth Service Standards. Completes tasks without constant supervision. Completes work orders in a professional and timely manner, following all acceptable Hospital standards. Proficient with reading and following plans, drywall repair, wall protection and flooring installation, patching and painting to complete all small projects in the appropriate estimated time frame. Repairs damage to facility and documents completed task(s). The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum five years of healthcare experience.
