Premier Martial Arts Austell Now Hiring: Program Director / Sales Lead
We are looking for a dedicated, community-focused individual who is passionate about helping others and wants to make a meaningful impact. At Premier Martial Arts Austell, we believe that martial arts can change livesand were searching for someone who shares that belief and wants to help us bring this life-changing experience to even more families in our community.
Job Summary The Program Director / Sales Lead plays a key role in our school. This individual must be excited about the value martial arts brings to a persons lifeespecially for kids and familiesand motivated to help others begin their journey.
The primary mission of the Program Director is to market and sell martial arts memberships. Youll use Premier Martial Arts' proven marketing and sales systems to introduce new students to our programs, helping them build confidence, discipline, and focus through martial arts training.

Responsibilities
Generate leads using provided marketing systems and monthly campaigns
Handle membership sales and convert prospects into students
Manage front-end administrative tasks, follow up on leads, and track daily KPIs
Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals
Coordinate special events (Birthday Parties, Parents Night Out, etc.)
Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive presence as the first point of contact for families
Qualifications
Experience in membership sales or customer service
People person with strong communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable working with performance metrics (number-driven)
Available to work evenings and weekends
