Assist Project Managers with daily coordination across multiple active projects. Support all phases of the construction process including permitting, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and logistics. Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation. Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure expectations and deadlines are met. Participate in safety planning and jobsite readiness meetings. Contribute to maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and budgets. Minimum 3 years of experience as an APM in commercial construction, ideally within the New Jersey market. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction specifications, and sequencing. Polished communication skills and professional demeanor in client-facing settings. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in different stages of design and construction. Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office required; Primavera P6 and CMiC a plus). Proactive, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player. Willing and able to travel to project sites across Northern NJ. What's On Offer
