Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), hands-on familiarity with Java-based cloud platforms, and experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS). This role is pivotal in guiding agile teams through the delivery of enterprise-level applications that support our logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams involved in the delivery of WMS and cloud-based Java solutions. Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). Remove impediments and foster a high-performance team culture centered on continuous improvement. Partner closely with Product Owners, architects, and engineering leads to ensure backlog items are well-groomed and aligned to delivery goals. Ensure team alignment with Agile principles and enterprise delivery standards. Track and communicate key agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health). Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and infrastructure to support CI/CD and cloud deployments. Advocate for scalable, cloud-native design principles and development practices rooted in Java-based technologies. Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery timelines, integration points, or WMS dependencies. Required Qualifications: 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Proven experience supporting Java and cloud-based application development (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Solid understanding of end-to-end SDLC, including modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) technologies. Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Must Have: Experience with development life cycle (SDLC). Exposure to Java-based cloud platforms. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Preferred Skills: Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development. Experience working with enterprise integration platforms (APIs, message queues, etc.). Background in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics industries. Experience in large-scale Agile environments or SAFe frameworks.
