Director of Audiology & Clinical Audiologist
Annapolis ENT, a division of Chesapeake Specialty Care, is seeking a full-time audiologist to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland. We are a fast-paced clinic providing a variety of audiological services to patients of all ages. New graduates and experienced audiologists are welcome to apply. Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday) Location: Annapolis, Maryland Positive and collaborative team environment Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and short-term disability insurance Paid time off Six paid holidays and two paid floating holidays each year 401k with employer contribution Additional voluntary insurance plans are available Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 + commission Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) State of Maryland Audiology License (active or eligible) Proficiency in audiological diagnostic testing and amplification Commitment to following best practices Excellent communication and counseling abilities Preferred qualifications: Experience with pediatric diagnostic testing Experience working in an ENT setting Responsibilities: Comprehensive adult and pediatric hearing assessments Adult diagnostic and infant ABR testing Adult and pediatric amplification (selection, fitting, real-ear measurements, counseling, and follow-up care) Bone-anchored hearing aids (evaluation, fitting, counseling, and follow-up care) Working cohesively within the audiology team Coordinate care with physicians and other providers Maintain electronic medical records Seniority level
