General Summary:
Crystal Training Institute is a state-of-the-art sports training facility. Founded by Mark Matthiae, Jeremy Jirschele, and Joe Tofferi with the goal of giving athletes the ability to train year-round. The 82,000+ square foot facility features a wide range on training opportunities including basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, hockey, golf, soccer, lacrosse, football, fitness, and general field turf areas.
The focus at CTI is make our athletes reach their potential! CTI is more than just your ordinary sports training facility! In additional to the training areas, CTI offers many different amenities such as, private fitness area, physical therapy, locker rooms, private showers and change rooms, conference room, towel and laundry service, large team meeting room, concession and beverage areas, large general seating area with viewing of the facility.
Centrally located for all surrounding communities, our home is in the Central Wisconsin Business Park (across the street from Central Wisconsin Airport).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Welcome and Greet Members Processing and implementing sales Light cleaning of facilities and basic maintenance Answering phones Reservation scheduling and coordination Reservation setup, cleanup and teardown
Working Environment: Primarily located within an office environment Adequate training involved Flexible hours Evening and weekend availability is preferred
Qualifications
Desired Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 15 years Ability to drive is preferred or reliable transportation Able to stand for extended periods of times Ability to lift a minimum of 40# General computer skills are preferred Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office suite Handle cash transactions efficiently
