This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in restoration services, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Oversee and mentor restoration and contents teams, ensuring high performance and professional development. Project Management:
Coordinate and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Operational Oversight:
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for restoration and contents management. Inventory Control:
Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for ongoing projects. Organization and documentation:
Create and maintaining a strong accurate product around Sorting, and recording costumer belongings. Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Readiness:
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage. Team involvement:
Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition. Tidiness:
Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project. Customer facing:
Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process. Qualifications include: OSHA-10 IICRC certifications - WRT, FST, ASD Xactimate proficiency Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in contents management and restoration project oversight. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pass a level 2 background check Why join SERVPRO of Lake County?
