We are seeking experienced tax professionals from Associate to Director level to join our growing Tax team serving clients in the asset management and financial services sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to work with leading hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and insurance clients in a dynamic international environment. You will advise on U.S. and international tax matters, support compliance, and provide insights on structuring, transactions, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage U.S. tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships, corporations, and other entities in asset management Review and prepare U.S. tax returns and forms, including Form 1065, 1120, 1120-F, 1040-NR, and others related to FATCA and CRS reporting Analyze U.S. Subchapter K, Subchapter C, PFIC, and CFC rules Assist with tax structuring and cross-border planning, including inbound and outbound investments Prepare and review tax workpapers, allocations, and schedules Advise on fund formation, investment structuring, and exit strategies Liaise with clients, legal counsel, auditors, and tax authorities Supervise and mentor junior staff, manage project timelines Monitor changes in U.S. tax legislation relevant to offshore asset managers Qualifications: CPA (U.S.), EA, CTA, ACA, or LL.M. in Taxation Minimum of 2+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, preferably within Big 4 or financial services Experience with partnership and corporate tax compliance, international reporting, and asset management clients Strong knowledge of U.S. federal income tax and cross-border taxation Familiarity with structures like master-feeder funds, offshore vehicles Exposure to FATCA, CRS, and international regulations is a plus Excellent interpersonal and project management skills What the Role Offers: Relocation support including accommodation, transportation, and flights Competitive salary and benefits, including medical insurance Tax-friendly jurisdictions Exposure to top-tier global clients and complex international issues Living and working in premier financial hubs Note:
