The Assistant Athletics Director for Development & Donor Relations leads the Donor Relations team, focusing on first-class donor relations. This role reports to the Associate AD for Development and will have direct reports, overseeing gift processing, donor reporting, donor stewardship, marketing initiatives, donor outreach, and communications plans. Responsibilities
Organize and manage events to engage donors and enhance their experience. Create and deliver impact reports to showcase donor contributions. Facilitate interactions between student-athletes and donors to build meaningful connections. Drive increased leadership annual giving through the Scholarship Circle Program. Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 major gift/leadership annual giving donors. Serve as the Crimson Club contact for Scholarship Circle members and members on Levels 9-11 as assigned. Skills

Office environment; sitting, hearing, listening, talking frequently; repetitive hand motions often; bending, reaching overhead seldom. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, English, or related field, or equivalent; five years in fundraising, marketing, sales, or related fields, including two years of budgeting and supervisory experience. Preferred: grant/proposal writing, public speaking, media experience, understanding of university fundraising, personnel management. Preferences
Master's degree; four years of major gift experience at a Division I athletic department. Additional Information
