$70,893.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Management
Establish and help to achieve annual Commercial Production goals. Identify opportunities to grow the business through partnerships or new initiatives and work to capitalize on those opportunities. Analyze sales and other reports to gain insights and adjust production strategies accordingly. Work with Carrier partners to maintain and build relationships, establish annual production goals, schedule meetings, and maintain appointments. Work efficiently and calmly under tight deadlines and stress; assist the President and collaborate as a team member. Accept additional duties as situations arise. Department
Manage daily company operations and resolve issues. Coach and train agents and employees on best practices for managing accounts, workflow, and handling daily issues. Conduct policy risk analysis and make recommendations based on thorough analysis of all factors involved. Manage House accounts by conducting annual risk analyses, making coverage recommendations, and solidifying coverage after presenting proposals to the Finance Enterprise Audit Committee. Review company rules to ensure relevance, recommend, and implement necessary changes. Establish individual performance goals, track performance, and conduct annual reviews. Agent Services
Oversee that agent services are performed accurately and within standard turnaround times by Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers. Pre-underwrite new and renewal risks, prepare quotations, submit applications, and update the Agency Management System. Pre-underwrite endorsements, seek approval for risk reinstatement, issue proof of insurance and ID cards, respond to underwriting requests, and provide customer service in the absence of the agent. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Details
