Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Burger King, located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, managing staff, handling budgets, conducting inventory checks, and implementing marketing strategies. The General Manager will also be responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in restaurant management and operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in budgeting and financial management Knowledge of health and safety regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred Previous experience in quick service restaurants is a plus
