This role focuses on driving the company’s key performance metrics by delivering an exceptional customer store experience through effective team management. Responsibilities
Motivate the team through the company’s vision and core values. Communicate clear expectations and hold the location team accountable to meet brand, performance, and behavior standards. Lead and inspire a customer service culture by recognizing and rewarding staff performance. Build relationships with peer and upper management. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top sales talent, ensuring excellent staffing levels. Train and continuously develop team members. Provide consistent performance feedback. Address performance issues promptly and collaborate with the General Manager and Regional HR Manager on action plans. Ensure visual directives are executed seamlessly. Implement strategic merchandising to maximize sales and presentation standards. Manage merchandise processing and flow to the sales floor, maintaining stockroom standards. Work with the General Manager and District/Regional Managers to execute the business plan, driving results and business opportunities. Meet financial targets, including payroll management. Enhance brand loyalty through sales leadership, coaching, and customer engagement. Maintain operational standards to achieve shrink goals and protect assets. Qualifications
Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
