The role includes an every-other-weekend rotation. Location: 9395 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, 80138 The role you'll contribute: Follows a menu to prepare and cook food for patients, visitors and staff members with minimal guidance. Responsible for following Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Safe Handling Guidelines regarding food safety and sanitation. Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members. Oversees the quality of food being served and the cleanliness of the service and cooking areas. Mentors less experienced Nutrition Services staff. The value you'll bring to the team: Cooks all foods according to the standardized recipes. Prepares food items according to patient specific restrictions and established schedules. Maintain adequate supply of hot and cold items required for cafeteria, patient and unit stocking. Prepares food for institutional functions, both standard and special.
