Major Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Finance will lead financial support for our core operational strategies within the marketing team. The primary goal is to serve as a strategic business partner, leading FP&A, decision support, revenue generation, cost control, and margin improvement. This role involves creating long-term financial strategies and managing short-term performance, driving ownership and accountability through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics. Additionally, this role will lead cross-functional initiatives to capitalize on opportunities, collaborate across the organization, and guide senior leadership on business performance and financial discipline. The ideal candidate is a top performer with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating financial insights, influencing decisions, and delivering results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead planning, forecasting, and analysis for marketing teams; support critical business decisions and measure key performance metrics. Analyze assumptions behind strategic initiatives to validate financial returns and operational impacts; recommend modifications as needed. Identify risks, develop proactive solutions, and report on major accomplishments and areas for improvement. Manage and develop finance analysts and managers, enhancing their business and financial acumen. Analyze territorial performance, partner with leaders on new programs, and prioritize strategies. Qualifications
Position requires a proven financial leader with FP&A experience, analytical skills, and the ability to work with complex data and models. Strong communication, strategic thinking, relationship-building, leadership, and integrity are essential. Ability to mentor teams and influence leadership is also required. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required; MBA or similar preferred. 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in retail or multi-unit businesses, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of 2-3 Finance Managers/Analysts. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
None required; CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Additional Information
