Lead model development for enterprise architecture using MBSE methods per UAF standards. Define digital platform architecture frameworks and best practices. Implement the platform with automated configuration management. Provide expertise in information security. Design data frameworks for operational metrics. Role and Responsibilities:
Analyze system operations and perform system decomposition using OMG frameworks (UML, DoDAF 2.0/UPDM, SysML, UAF). Model systems from various perspectives and levels of abstraction. Use UML modeling tools (preferably Cameo Enterprise Architect). Engage with stakeholders across system domains to analyze requirements and processes. Extend UML models to other tools/environments via APIs. Familiarity with executable models (fUML preferred). Generate data and reports. Exhibit professional customer service skills and positive interaction with clients and peers. Minimum Requirements:
Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within 9 months. Desired Skills:
Modeling certifications like OCSMP. Experience with DoD or government system modeling. Publishing models to web/document formats. Object-oriented programming experience (Java preferred). Experience in fast-paced, high-quality environments. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Qualifications:
Master's degree or equivalent, with 15+ years of experience. Security+ or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP or other DoD 8140 certification. Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months. Desired certifications: CCP, CUED, Python certifications, etc. Additional Details:
Location: Onsite at Offutt AFB, Omaha, Nebraska. Relocation may be available. Security Clearance: Minimum Top Secret; willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility. TS/SCI preferred. Salary Range: $191,404 - $258,958, based on experience and location. Work Hours: 40 hours/week, less than 10% travel, onsite work. Benefits include 401K, health plans, paid time off, and more.
