Client is a top ranked General Contractor who has been an established leader in the Southeast for 30+ years. As their portfolio continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a traveling Superintendent to the team to help support the increased workload. Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers. Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project. Oversee and coordinate all operations at the job site. Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely service delivery. Foster positive relationships with owners, design consultants, and project managers. Collaborate with local inspectors and utility representatives for compliance assurance. Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program. Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules. Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs. Address and resolve daily operational issues in the field. Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities. Light industrial or manufacturing construction experience preferred. 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Superintendent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Stable work record. Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required. Base Salary $110,000 - $140,000. 4 weeks PTO. Cover 100% of medical and dental insurance. Per diem. $750/month vehicle allowance. 401k at 10% match. Company phone, laptop, and iPad. Company credit card to cover gas and other expenses.
