The successful candidate will join Asset Services team as Sustainability Coordinator and will ensure responsible management of real estate assets (offices, shopping centers and logistics, among others), designing and implementing policies and action plans to improve and measure environmental and social impact of assets under C&W's management. This role will also prepare, monitor and execute/supervise agreed client deliverables to a high standard on time and within the agreed parameters including support business development nationally. Core Client Responsibilities: Primary contact in Asset Services for sustainability across assets under C&W's management & client sustainability representative Design and implement sustainability and wellbeing focused action plans on portfolio and asset level, coordinated with client's corporate policies and C&W's standards Manage asset level legislative and regulatory risks current and future planning across managed assets Prepare routine sustainability reports where required as part of client account management including as example client reporting requirements (GRESB, KPIs, targets & benchmarking) Complete energy management site surveys & audit reports and create site-level sustainability plans that enhance the client's sustainability performance Engage with key tenants across the portfolio under management on sustainability and ESG issues Manage agreed forecasts and personal financial targets Manage internal and external relationships including Client, C&W, local authorities, service providers, statutory bodies, engineering companies and representatives of clients Manage/support delivery of sustainability and certification & recertification projects (e.g. BREEAM in use, WELL) for operational assets Provide sustainability support & advice to the local Asset Services team, including support deploy training for Property management & technical management teams Additional Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with other internal service lines to share knowledge and create alignment in service delivery Manage relationship with key supply chain partners on sustainability related data quality and integrity (i.e. utility providers, waste management providers) and support any tender process related to utilities, soft and hard services regarding sustainability Review industry guidelines and utilities regulations providing guidance and support to C&W asset services and clients, when change impacts the managed portfolio. Support presentations to clients and colleagues as necessary, including local client pitches and supporting the EMEA sustainability Strategy for Asset Services as required Support evolution of the sustainability service offering within Asset Services and actively support business development to retain and win new client work Embed sustainability practices across the managed portfolio (operational, business development, impact led programmes) Skills, Knowledge & Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant Sustainability experience Engineering Degree Good working knowledge/understanding of building operating systems (mechanical, electrical, controls and fire/health and safety) Experience of transitioning from new build development through to management Fluent in Italian and English Self Motivated Commercial awareness and experience Excellent time management skills Good communication skills & attention to detail Cost control, variance and forecasting reporting IT skills inc. MS Office, AutoCad and specialist software for energy management Management of performance based contracts
