Position Summary The Director, Clinical Operations, leads Empower Pharmacy’s efforts in clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce leadership across multiple states, aligning with our strategic vision and enhancing our regulatory reputation.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical operations focusing on compliance, excellence, and strategic goals.

Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Quality, and Leadership to align regulatory strategies with business objectives.

Develop workforce strategies for team performance, engagement, and professional growth.

Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis and systemic solutions.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation aligned with Empower’s mission.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong leadership and strategic communication skills, experienced with senior and regulatory audiences.

Deep understanding of USP regulations, GMP, pharmacy platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience and Qualifications

At least 10 years of leadership in pharmacy operations, compliance, and clinical services across multiple states.

Doctor of Pharmacy degree required; experience as a Registered Director or Pharmacist in Charge preferred.

Active pharmacist license in good standing required.

Experience with AI integration in workflows is highly desirable.
