K-12 Superintendent

Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation K-12 school projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety protocols. Drive project milestones and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and owners to solve problems proactively. Uphold safety and compliance standards; run weekly safety meetings and site walks. Create and maintain site-specific plans, track project documentation, and support inspections. Serve as the main point of contact on-site and mentor field staff and labor. Foster a positive, solution-oriented site culture that aligns with the school environment. Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and site-based platforms like Procore is highly valued. A calm leader under pressure, they can coordinate moving parts while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient jobsite. Must have OSHA 30 and a proven track record of leading teams through complex builds.
