About the Role: Our growing title company in Odenton, Maryland is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented

Title Processor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to clients, lenders, realtors, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Key Responsibilities: Open new title orders and review purchase contracts. Order and review title searches, tax certifications, payoffs, and surveys. Clear title issues and prepare title commitments and settlement statements. Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to collect necessary documentation and resolve any issues. Coordinate closings, ensuring all documents are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in balancing files and disbursing funds after closing. Maintain compliance with state and company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as a Title Processor, preferably in Maryland. Strong understanding of real estate settlement procedures and title documentation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in title processing software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, or similar). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently.
