Responsibilities: Oversee and develop a team of 5 production supervisors and 50+ hourly employees across two departments. Champion lean manufacturing initiatives-driving continuous improvement, visual management, and a culture of accountability. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to hit safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Lead daily production meetings, coach team leaders, and ensure timely execution of production schedules. Set clear goals and expectations, challenging the team to elevate performance. Support operational strategy and help shape the future direction of the site.
