The student will collaborate with their mentor to write a Prospero protocol, perform literature searches based on PRISMA 2020 guidelines, collect relevant data, and learn basic statistical analysis. Additionally, the student will learn the steps involved in writing a manuscript. The student and mentor will communicate weekly via remote meetings or email, and specific tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes will be discussed and planned. Troubleshooting will be addressed as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office.
