Morning Shift: 7am-330pm Monday-Saturday (Sat is Mandatory)
Night Shift: 5pm-130am Monday-Friday
330pm-Midnight Saturday (Mandatory)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery to support uninterrupted production processes.
Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of industrial equipment and machinery to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine root causes of problems. Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary. Install new equipment and machinery as needed, ensuring proper setup and alignment. Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
Requirements: Electrical Degree. Proven experience as an Industrial Machine Operator or similar role. Proficiency in operating a variety of industrial machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Preferred qualifications: Vocational training or certification in machine operation or a related field. Previous experience with specific types of machinery relevant to the industry. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial setting.
