Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented TMS Technician to join our team and deliver high-quality care using the Blossom TMS platform. The technician will play a key role in administering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatments, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and clinical effectiveness throughout the course of therapy.
Key Responsibilities: Administer Blossom TMS treatments according to the prescribed protocol and physician directives. Greet and support patients throughout their treatment journey, providing reassurance and clear communication. Set up, operate, and monitor TMS equipment, ensuring proper coil placement and machine calibration. Accurately document treatment sessions, patient responses, and any side effects in the electronic medical record (EMR). Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with Blossom TMS support if necessary. Assist with patient intake, including collecting vitals and reviewing relevant screening forms. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless care and follow-up.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or psychology-related field preferred). Previous experience in a medical or behavioral health setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and professional demeanor. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and confidentiality. Willingness to be trained and certified in Blossom TMS protocols.
