About the job you’re considering We are seeking a seasoned professional with 7–10 years of experience in Embedded Analytics across SAP Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and analytical reporting. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong client-facing experience, a consulting mindset, and the ability to drive insights through advanced data visualization in SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have worked extensively with SAP visualization tools, delivered in an onsite/offshore delivery model, and collaborated with executive stakeholders. A background in predictive analytics, AI, or machine learning is highly desirable, as we continue to expand our advanced analytics capabilities for enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, visible role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and are passionate about enabling data-driven decision-making. Your role As part of the team, your key responsibilities will include: Lead the design and development of embedded analytics solutions in SAP environments

Manage client engagements and project delivery using an onsite/offshore model

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights

Deliver data visualization solutions and dashboards using SAP’s BI and reporting tools

Ensure alignment with data governance, quality, and security standards across analytics initiatives

Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques including AI, ML, and predictive capabilities when applicable

Communicate findings and progress effectively to executive-level stakeholders

Your skills and experience To succeed in this role, you should have: 7–10 years of experience in SAP Embedded Analytics, SAP BI, and enterprise reporting

Strong client-facing consulting experience with proven ability to lead in an onsite/offshore model

Expertise in SAP data visualization tools and building executive-level dashboards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an executive presence

Exposure to advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling, AI, and machine learning (preferred)
