Ideal for swimming, boating and fishing Beautiful agriculture and farmland Sebring is known for motorsports and home to the famous Sebring International Raceway Nature and hiking trails The role youll contribute: The Executive Assistant position is responsible for supporting assigned Executive and other Directors within the department. Position is responsible for performing secretarial duties within the department. Schedules appointments and coordinates all arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel. Prepares routine and non-routine reports including gathering and summarizing data. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records. Composes and types letters and correspondence. Answers phones and delivers outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. May provide project management, assistance with budget planning and tracking, statistical reporting, or other data tasks as required by the department. The value youll bring to the team: Maintains all communications for the Executive and department including written correspondence and telephone contacts. Drafts documents as requested. Coordinates and maintains the Executives calendar for meetings and appointments to provide optimal utilization of the executives time. Position works collaboratively with other administrative staff throughout the hospital system, the community, etc. Fields all departmental phone calls, provides appropriate trouble shooting and routes caller appropriately; screens all department mail, reduces paper flow and manages all follow-up correspondence. May assist with developing the annual operating budgets and supports the strategic planning process. Maintains the department invoice process including receiving, validating, filing and processing invoices for payment. Assists with trouble shooting on invoices and helps prepare monthly expense reports.
