American Cruise Lines is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join our team in Salisbury, MD. This pivotal role ensures the operation and support of critical shipboard technology systems, impacting safety, quality, and guest experience.

Relocation to within a commutable distance of Portland, OR, is required prior to start date.

You will report to the Information Systems Manager. Responsibilities include: Supervising Information Systems Engineers and contractors. Scheduling, observing, and critiquing team performance. Training new engineers. Communicating project timelines and outages to management. Ensuring safety-related technologies are operational per regulations. Performing repairs, replacements, and maintenance of systems. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly. Installing and configuring networking and hardware equipment. Evaluating system performance and optimizing connectivity. Collaborating with vendors and crew for system functionality. Supporting the design and implementation of new software features. Responding to IT tickets and system errors. Maximizing guest satisfaction by resolving technology issues swiftly. Key Technologies:

TV systems, vessel navigation electronics, AV and PA systems, radios, onboard internet and wireless, access and keycard systems, telephone systems, network equipment, laptops, printers. Required Experience:

2+ years in Information Systems Management or similar, and 2+ years as an engineer/technician. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Windows OS, hardware/software, familiarity with Ubiquiti systems, certifications like A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft OS preferred. Skills:

Customer service orientation, problem-solving, attention to detail. Licenses:

Valid Driver’s License, TWIC (or ability to obtain). Travel & Physical Requirements:

50% travel to vessels, ability to traverse ship stairs, lift and install equipment, perform physical tasks. Compensation & Benefits:
