Your Mission As our Senior System Product Manager for blade server technology, you'll be at the epicenter of innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge infrastructure that powers everything from hyperscale data centers to advanced AI applications. - Lead the evolution of our blade server portfolio, working with engineering teams to push the boundaries of what's possible Drive Business Growth
- Develop product strategies that expand our market presence across cloud, HPC, and enterprise segments Influence Industry Direction
- Engage directly with key customers and partners to shape not just our products, but industry direction Bridge Innovation and Execution
- Transform market insights and customer feedback into concrete product specifications and go-to-market strategies What You'll Do Lead Product Vision & Strategy
- Be the driving force behind our blade server product line, setting the technical direction and market positioning Champion Customer-Centric Innovation
- Partner with engineering to deliver solutions that address real customer challenges ahead of the competition Execute with Excellence
- Drive product development from concept through launch, ensuring on-time delivery of competitive products Hands-On Technical Leadership
- Directly work with prototype systems, solving technical challenges and ensuring quality Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of industry developments and translate trends into strategic advantages Sales Enablement
- Create compelling product narratives and work alongside sales teams to engage customers and win deals Cross-Functional Orchestration

- BSEE/CS or MSEE/CS with 8+ years in server system architecture, giving you the depth to drive meaningful innovation Product Leadership
- Proven success managing complex product lifecycles from concept to end-of-life Systems Thinking
- Deep knowledge of server architecture, solutions, and related technologies Communication Excellence
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives Strategic Mindset
