ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Bartender for ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl. Bartenders prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers at designated locations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving customers Responsible for having knowledge of all bar drinks and wines Must have good customer service skills Must follow all SMG/SAVOR policies and procedures Maintain valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage server permits required by the Department of Health Skills and Abilities Excellent guest service skills Adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance Accurately count change and balance bank Effective communication skills; Communicate with guests and receive orders Ability to work effectively with others Ability to work in fast-paced environment Physical Demands Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces Flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Work hours are event related and non-guaranteed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Must be at least 19 years of age The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
