Supervises and coordinates imaging personnel, which includes staffing and ensures compliance with protocols The value you'll bring to the team: Oversees QC, QA programs and or accrediting function Manage staff performance, reviews and competencies Delegates responsibilities to ensure quality care in the imaging department Ensures employee safety and attends safety/loss-control trainings and engages in injury prevention Performs accident and injury investigations, including conducting root cause analyses Participates in completing patient safety initiatives Responsible for managing supplies May develop, deploy, and maintain protocols approved by radiologist Assures Imaging equipment is available and in good working condition by troubleshooting and reporting findings through the hospital work order system. Operates and maintains radiology equipment in a safe manner and initiates work order request Qualifications Associate's Degree or higher 3 years of experience American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Basic Life Support - CPR Cert This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
