We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multitask and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property inspections and open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Who Are We Looking For?

The Listing Coordinator and Seller Transaction Coordinator is an outgoing individual, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. They must be adaptable to change, solutions-oriented oriented and agent-centric.

Responsibilities

•Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance •Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers •Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell •Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied •Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals •Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred •Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format •Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred •Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
