Some Things You Can Expect To Do

Provide leadership, guidance, training, platform, controls, and monitoring for preconstruction, estimating, and project management staff to ensure consistent performance across pursuit, preconstruction, estimating, and procurement activities in all regions.

Enhance the level of preconstruction services by providing templates, tools, and processes for accurate scoping, scheduling, and budgeting during the preconstruction phase.

Promote Design-Build and IPD project delivery methods both internally and externally.

Encourage competitive pricing and procurement strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Management.

Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience, including 5 years in preconstruction roles, preferably in mission-critical or industrial sectors.

You Will Really Stand Out If You

Are comfortable delivering formal sales presentations and have advanced knowledge of preconstruction methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and design management.

Can promptly resolve issues with win-win solutions and demonstrate leadership skills to guide multiple project teams.

Are a team player who leads by example, maintaining honesty, integrity, and high professional standards.

Eligibility

Must verify employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation The salary range is $160,500 - $240,800, with potential additional compensation such as commissions or incentives, depending on location and candidate qualifications.
