We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in civil, water resources engineering, civil technology, and construction management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and constructing Industrial Water and Wastewater infrastructure, and be capable of leading teams, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and demonstrating initiative. The role focuses on delivering infrastructure projects in municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Expertise in water/wastewater/drainage infrastructure design and construction.
Responding to RFPs, including preparing estimates, schedules, and proposals.
Preparing detailed estimates, managing costs, and controlling project budgets.
Coordinating with construction teams to establish project organization and manage submittals.
Securing owner acceptance for contract change orders.
Managing payments to subcontractors and vendors, and overseeing project close-out and warranty work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of water/wastewater facility design and construction.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Willingness to travel 50%+.
