Draft estate plan documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate, tax, and trust issues. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex planning strategies. Manage client files efficiently. Requirements
2-4 years of law firm experience, preferably in estate planning, tax, or other transactional practice. Excellent drafting and analytical skills. Accurate and strong attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters. Superior academic credentials. Admitted to and a member in good standing of the CA bar. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required. Skills
