Contract Apply to careers@jgawms.com Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) professional to lead the functional solutioning and also serve as a Project Manager with a strong focus on testing. This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership in MAWM design and configuration, as well as project coordination and QA oversight. Responsibilities: Lead the functional solution design, configuration, and deployment of Manhattan Active WMS
Act as a functional lead across key warehouse processes including Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Replenishment, and Shipping
Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
Manage project activities, track timelines and milestones, and coordinate resources
Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle including test planning, UAT coordination, and issue tracking
Facilitate weekly project updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications
Ensure solution alignment with operational requirements and business goals
Collaborate with integration and QA teams to validate system readiness
Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience with Manhattan Active WMS, including solution design and configuration
Proven ability to lead functional tracks in MAWM implementations
Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
Strong understanding of QA processes including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience acting in dual roles (functional lead and project manager)
Background in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain systems
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Katalon, Postman, or similar QA and PM platforms
Additional Information: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements
