Looking for strong experience with multithreading, IoT device development and wireless/networking protocols
We’re seeking a hands-on Firmware Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge IoT/smart devices. You’ll design and optimize low-level embedded firmware for resource-constrained systems, with a focus on multithreaded RTOS environments, bare-metal programming, and wireless connectivity. If you thrive on solving complex embedded challenges and enjoy mentoring others, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement real-time, multithreaded firmware in C/C++ for IoT devices.
Develop bare-metal/low-level drivers (MCU startup, ISRs, memory management).
Debug race conditions, memory leaks, and hardware-level issues in embedded systems.
Optimize wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, Sub-GHz) for power/performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship production-grade firmware.
Must-Have Skills:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical or related field is required.
4+ years of embedded C/C++ development (RTOS and bare-metal).
Deep expertise in multithreading (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
Wireless IoT development (Wi-Fi/BLE/Zigbee + power optimization).
Debugging skills: JTAG/GDB, logic analyzers, Wireshark, memory profiling.
Test-Driven Development (TDD) mindset.
