Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of concrete construction projects. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high-quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations on all job sites. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
