We are actively hiring a

Warehouse Associate

for a

temp-to-hire

opportunity at a contractor pickup facility in

Fort Worth, TX 76140 . This

3-month contract

pays

$17/hour

and offers the potential for long-term employment. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented candidate with strong

forklift experience

and basic

computer skills , who values teamwork, flexibility, and communication in a small but fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate various forklifts including sit-down, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker (electric, propane, and diesel) Pull and stock parts using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and computer systems Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring safety and inventory accuracy Escort contractors while maintaining security and safety protocols Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized Respond to occasional urgent needs outside standard shift hours Support a small team in daily warehouse functions with strong communication Qualifications:

12 years of hands-on forklift experience (multiple lift types) Computer-literate with experience using warehouse software and RF scanners Strong communication skills and team mindset Must have a clean background

no history of theft or violence Physically capable of lifting heavy materials throughout the shift Flexibility to be on call and available outside regular hours if needed Steel toe footwear required; must follow casual warehouse dress code (jeans/shirt)
