Your profile 5+ years managing a profitable strategy with verifiable track record Demonstrated performance across multiple market cycles and regimes Experience from a prop trading firm, hedge fund, or multi-strat environment Portable strategy or demonstrable ability to rebuild alpha in a new environment Self-directed with strong risk management discipline
