What Youll Do Architect and build backend systems powering AIdriven products (Python, Go, TypeScript) Design distributed systems, realtime pipelines, and cloudnative infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes) Ship productiongrade LLM/AI features: embeddings, vector search, RAG, agent workflows Own features endtoend
from design to deployment to iteration Collaborate directly with founders, researchers, and customers Make foundational technical decisions that shape the companys trajectory Work in a highvelocity environment where speed, ownership, and craftsmanship matter What Were Looking For Core Experience 312+ years of backend or fullstack engineering experience Strong proficiency in
Python ,
Go , or
TypeScript Experience with
FastAPI, Django, Flask , or similar frameworks Deep understanding of
distributed systems ,

Kubernetes ,
CI/CD , and
scalable APIs Handson experience with
LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or agent systems Proven ability to build and ship production systems in fastmoving environments Startup or 01 experience
