Our client, a dynamic, industry-leading publicly traded manufacturer with over $3B in annual revenue, is building out a new finance systems team. Were seeking a hands-on, innovative Lead Analyst to architect, optimize, and expand our clients enterprise financial systems. This is not a basic corporate FP&A analyst role with a little bit of automation workthis is for a true finance systems builder: someone who designs, implements, and owns the infrastructure that powers financial decision-making at scale.

About the Role Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Oracle EPM solutions for enterprise consolidations, planning, and reporting. Own the build: support and enhance financial close processes, metadata management, and trial balance mapping across global platforms. Conduct training, create user guides, and ensure effective system utilization across finance teams. Gather requirements, translate business needs, and maintain robust documentation for models, configurations, and process flows. Drive process improvement and best practices in data modeling, planning, and system integrity. Act as a bridge between finance and ITthis is a finance systems role, not IT; and it is a builder, modeler, dashboard creator role, not an end-user position. Provide backup support for other EPM solutions during peak times.
Qualifications Needed Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years experience in finance systems or accounting, with a proven track record in project management and EPM system implementation. 2+ years experience building and supporting Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS) or Hyperion solutions. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience supporting financial close processes and chart of accounts data governance. Demonstrated leadership and project management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Base salary: $125,000$145,000, plus annual bonus eligibility.
