About the Role:
We are seeking a
Medical Assistant
with experience in healthcare, preferably in
primary care.
This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinicians, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care through face-to-face, phone, and electronic interactions for exams, treatments, and diagnostic preparation. Collect and document patient information including vitals, medications, allergies, and health risk screening. Assist physicians and nurses with injections, EKGs, and other procedures. Coordinate patient care and manage tasks, calls, and messages efficiently. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure infection control by preparing and cleaning rooms.
Required Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certification or Registration
from an accredited program. Experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting (primary care preferred). Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills. Excellent attendance record.
