Entry-Level Revit Drafter ?com for immediate consideration We are seeking a talented Revit Drafter to join our growing team at a leading Modular Construction company based in Indiana. This role involves working in a flat organizational structure where you will have the opportunity to manage your own projects from conception to completion, with support available from experienced engineering managers as needed. Create comprehensive plan sets for commercial modular construction for customer and state approval in a dynamic team-oriented environment. Utilize Revit for 99% of design work to produce accurate construction documents. Interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and state agencies to ensure smooth project execution. Apply ICC Building code knowledge to guarantee all designs meet regulatory standards. Proficiency in Revit for drawing and design purposes. Ability to manage documentation using Excel. Experience in the construction industry, particularly in design, BIM, or hands-on roles. Understanding of building construction processes and assembly. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to start earlier or work overtime as needed. The office setting is a collaborative environment with cubicles and offices housing the engineering, finance, and upper management teams. Employees have the opportunity to visit the shop floor to engage directly with production teams. Great variety in projects - no 2 are the same - work with wood, steel, concrete, etc. Fun and fairly laid back culture, while still being fast-paced and production focused. Will be able to go out to the shop to interact directly with the teams if there are questions. See what you are making before it goes out to the construction site. Drafters are able to run projects start to finish so they can stay familiar with it and see it through.
