You’ll design, implement, and execute plans to test computer hardware and optical systems, ensuring products meet stringent specifications. What You Will Do Test & Validate Hardware – Develop and execute test plans for hardware and optical systems, debugging issues and ensuring functionality. End-to-End Ownership – Own test setups, equipment, and processes, providing actionable results to engineering teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with design engineers, vendors, and partners to maintain high-quality standards. Continuous Improvement – Design new test fixtures and tools, implement hardware validations, and improve existing processes. Technical Support – Assist technicians and engineering teams in troubleshooting and testing. Travel – Up to 10% for supplier or lab visits. What Will You Bring Strong experience in hardware testing, Python, and optical system validation. Attention to detail and ability to detect subtle failures or inconsistencies. Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical results clearly. Aptitude for designing and implementing test tools and processes. Hands‑on problem solver with a bias for action.
