Applicant must have a strong capacity to handle varying work tasks including building working directly with clients in transferring funds from numerous financial institutions over the Oxford Advisory Group-- Including: servicing clients on phone calls, providing exemplary customer service to clients and prospects during in-office visits, calendar management, working with the investment team on recommendations for clients financial plans , critical thinking skills and showing great attention to detail. Being able to serve as a leader for the behind the scenes financial processes is key, giving guidance on cases, while ensuring excellent skills with clients is paramount.

Position Details
Commitment: 38 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.5 p.m. With a lunch each day and some flexibility around start time each day.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $60-75K (higher end for experience within an RIA already). Full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. All Holidays off, including your birthday!
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Series 65 or 66 with Life & Health Licenses is a bonus but not required
- 1-3 years experience in financial services working with clients transferring assets
- Strong understanding of reporting and financial plan building
- Strong experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in person and via phone
- Proactive mentality, positive attitude, and consistent follow through
- Highly intelligent, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with good time management and critical thinking skills
Additional preferred skills:
- Experience with Wealthbox CRM
- 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment
Clients & Team Support
- Work with high net worth clients to ensure their retirement is on track
- Constantly communicating with carriers and investment companies making sure clients are probably communicated with on funds transfers throughout the onboarding process.
- Meet face to face with clients in-office or via zoom depending on the day
- Listen to and understand client needs, respond in a prompt and professional fashion on behalf of team members through phone calls, emails and mail.
