The selected Business Analyst will operate within the core commercial teams, providing critical, data-driven insights that inform high-value sourcing and sales decisions across our global platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of fertilizer and industrial chemical market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and pricing to assist sales and sourcing decisions.
  • Help prepare financial and commercial summaries to evaluate product margins and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal commercial teams to support competitive pricing and market positioning.
  • Gather and interpret data from internal systems and market sources to provide insights for product and customer strategies.
  • Monitor supplier and product performance using basic reporting tools and financial tracking.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales coordination and execution.
  • Prepare monthly reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and supporting business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier national university.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level with Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and pricing concepts.
  • Collaborative mindset with good communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in learning about crop nutrients, soil health, and fertilizer applications.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
