Overview:

A expanding regional bank in the Philadelphia area is looking for a talented Credit Portfolio Manager who is ready to hit the ground running. This Hybrid position allows for a skilled professional with a history of underwriting new deals to make an impact in the Commercial Real Estate market of the PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting/Structuring new and existing Commercial real Estate (CRE) deals along with Portfolio Management of Quartey and Annual reviews.
• Handling Deals ranging between $5 million - $50 Million with a main focus of $10 - $25 million.
• Covering CRE with a focus in retail, office and Industrial in Philadelphia.

Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of experience within Credit Underwriting and Commercial Banking.
• Experience Specifically Underwriting in Commercial Real Estate.
• History of working on deals of $15+ million.
• Preferred Experience with nCino and Salesforce
