LocumsAbout the FacilityAn occ med/uc clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage.About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in Richmond, Virginia.About the Clinician's WorkdayThis outpatient role has a credentialing timeframe of 30 days or less and follows a Monday-Friday schedule with 9-hour workdays and no call requirements. The position is open to APPs only, with an average volume of 20-25 patients per day, primarily occupational medicine (90%) with some urgent care (10%). A DOT certification is required, and the EMR system used is AllScripts. Providers will diagnose and treat work-related injuries and walk-in urgent care patients, perform DOT, pre-placement, public safety, and surveillance physicals, complete in-office procedures, communicate with employers, and maintain timely documentation.
